On the subject of bear trapping, my Survival skill check is only at +4. But I could assist if Tirso needs to build a bear trap. It might give you a bonus to your roll.

Boiros can cast cleric spells, any idea what might be needed for the bear?

Valentin is anything but confident. He's put on a aura of false bravado for Percy's sake and the sake of the group.

Also, it has just occurred to me how weird the word sake is. People say, "Oh for God's sake." I find myself thinking: God likes to drink sake. I like to drink sake, too! The words sound different but it really only just occurred to me that they are both spelled the same. I had to look at my sentence for a minute to make sure I'd spelled it right.

Ooh rogues are handy, usually good with traps, and sometimes good with poisons. There is an ingested tranquilizing poison too (oil of taggit) in the DMG, but its probably to weak for use on a bear.

It is a 32 point buy with max HP. There is no reason to roll.
