OK! Thanks, guys, this helps. I will work on bringing us back toward the more freeform, political stuff. Maybe some epistolary stuff to start off with.

Okay, so are we in the MIDDLE of the pack of wolves, or behind them as they advance to the keep? Our tactics will be very different if we are surrounded, or in a advantageous flanking position.

If we were down standing where the zombie wolves had collapsed, then by looking at both maps, I'd extrapolate we were standing down below the third tomb - that means we should be flanking them. Have you got a plan, Vasili? Richard can probably tear any individual wolf apart, but he can only do so one at a time. I can attempt to run into the middle and channel energy at them, but I have sharply limited uses on that.

Yeah, getting a plan. Richard is good at defensive stances, right?

I have no idea, so my guess is "No", actually. He's mostly good at killing things with extreme prejudice.

Edit: Sorry, DS, but I may not get a chance to post later on in the week, so I think I'd better do it now.

s'okay, I'm just happy to finally justify using this comic:

And what the heck, after reworking the number of attacks with the ccb+haste, this one is even more appropriate:

Okay, so it's not a lynx, but when I saw this on FB, I couldn't resist. :)

The human's are over-the-top creepy, but the cat's are juuuuusst off enough to give you that uncanny valley effect.

I think my Uncanny Valley needs adjusting, since my first response was "ADORABLE KITTY! Who scared the adorable kitty?!"

I think my Valley of the Shadow of Death needs adjusting, as I am still in it. <_<

Not literally! If there's any literal way to take that. I am just trying desperately to hack through a) paper revisions and b) job applications annnndddd…it's kinda eating my life. I will do my best to do something campaign-related on Thursday, when the first round of applications will be over and the template set for future applications and (perhaps even!) the paper is submitted and I feel slightly less squished by the cumulative weight of my obligations.

I apologize for the continual delays. We are gonna wrap up this Tristenoira thing as quick as we logically can and go back to politics.

OK? OK!

OK?

I don't think we're getting a proper introduction, Brangain, so I am afraid you're going to have to get your grandma's message by proxy.

For the record, Lena's Inspire Courage is still up.

Will +7, +2 for Inspire Courage, and if this is an Undead Spell or Spell-Like Ability, a further +2

Running like hell due East,
Ummm, wouldn't that put Lena running directly into Tristen? Wouldn't she be running away from the source of her fear?

Just to note, the top of the map is west, in this case--does that change your direction of movement, NT?
