Roddek is peachy well, and the determination of the event actually gives him a +1 to near future horror checks.

Exceptional Varrus. For good or for ill, you found the undead. And you found it BEFORE it attacked the levies.

Jean and Serge are in shock for the first 2-3 rounds. Boiros is out of the fight too (at least for the time) since when he hears the fight starting, he has to run, in armor, through 300-400 feet of light forest.

So, to speed things up (I would prefer if the fight didn't take 2 weeks to finish):
- everyone (that is Roddek and Varrus) rolls initiative
- Inform me here (or in PM) what you plan your character to do. I've changed the Crimson bones from the Ravenloft monstrous manual but it still is very dangerous.
- roll 3d20 for hit rolls/saving throws so I can have the first couple of rounds go by. Please roll the dice AFTER you've decided what your character is doing.

Wil is going to try and shoot the crimson dead from a distance using Rapid Shot. If it gets close to him he'll drop his bow and use his greatsword, which is a free action because of Quickdraw.
