Hi there,

this is going to be the OOC thread for my MotRD adventure, The Halls of Medeia. I thought I should be putting an OOC thread online, since I'm more or less ready to start. There are a couple of things I still have to check on the PCs, but they should not be essential to start the game.

So, any doubts or questions, please post here. For dice-rolling, please use the roller in this forum or invisiblecastle.com (which seems to be back online after a bad hiccup earlier this week).

Once again, this is going to be an experiment for myself. And somethings may not work out, who knows. So one thing I would like to say right now is that I intend to have a prologue with the players acting already, and a main adventure to follow about 2 months later in game time. So don't be surprised if things don't go very deep in this first part.
Also, consecutive scenes in this phase may be separated by quite a few days.

And so we start. First post is up, and everyone of you should receive a pm. Read it before you post, as that gives more a bit of placement to each of you.

All players have slightly different clocks at this time, so it may be possible to go uncoordinated for a while, but I also need to make some photos to illustrate. I thought I had them already, but not really

I'm really busy right now with my move in less than 4 weeks. I will try by Saturday to get in a post.

I should be able to post some pics this weekend, to give you a feel of the place.
Just a short note so far: there's not a big file of people entering the reception hall yet. That is for the following day. Fiachra is there in the afternoon, but in the morning (everyone else's time) it is still closed.
However, they do go through the tower to enter the quadrangle. I will post a plan later on.

By the way, I would like to know if you prefer that I post pictures inline, like the first, or merely their links, as for all the others.

So, in general, I will use this kind of picture to illustrate Fairfax College. Of course I can not remove the modern elements, so I ask you to please do it in your minds. Often I will have to point out things that are not exactly like in the pictures, so use them only as reference: the main elements will be the same (only because it makes describing the scenery so much easier) but some details change.

Also, remember that Fairfax College has nothing to do with the real world institution here represented, as it is entirely fictional.

I know it is obvious, but sometimes these remarks have to be made, and I am not sure in this case :/
