History prefers legends to men. It prefers nobility to brutality, soaring speeches to quiet deeds. History remembers the battle and forgets the blood. What ever history remembers of me if it remembers me at all, it shall only be the fraction of the truth.

EXPERIENCE POINTS
Roleplaying, survival, ideas, + defeating the baddies=
EDIT
3500
each
No bonus for solving certain mysteries, because those things remain murky.
Anyone level up?
EDIT- Messed up math. But see below for details on other awards!

Gal does get full XP, but only because he went solo against a whole gang of thugs and won like a BOSS.
They were tough thugs, too, not just first level commoner mooks.

Re: Mists of Winter OOC
Okay, that's the end of this campaign arc.
XP has been awarded.
Let's get those epilogues posted.
ONE per player.
Tell me what happens after your hard-won victory.
Set the scene yourself.
If you have questions you need answered to set it up, ask me now in OOC.
Stuff like: what about NPC (insert name), is there legal trouble, etc.
After I see a post from each player, or I judge enough real time has passed that no post is likely coming soon, I will cap the thread with one last DM post.

Looks like I leveled. Wooo. Perhaps my least effective adventure ever.
"Of course," Benn mutters, "It would be a damned shame if we ever knew what the hell was actually going on."

Re: Mists of Winter OOC
We -each- get 7000 XP?
Wow... any rewards for the witch? Raen could use some money...
Do we learn what happened in Ben's house?

Re: Mists of Winter OOC
Let's do it this way instead, because I messed up the math:
3500 XP EACH
3500 GP REWARD each
Still generous, but not so unbalanced.
The Port-Master is very wealthy, and the merchants and boat captains may be very grateful to you for eliminating the witch and squelching a threat to commerce.
This won't all be a big sack of cash, of course, but letters of credit, a house, a boat if you want one, goods, services, even potions. Yes, scrolls and spells can be purchased out of that.
And also money.
Any objections?
EDIT- Mike, we've arranged your guy's separate but equivalent reward.
This is just a reminder note.

I'm not so sure it's his least effective. More like a short but dangerous one.
EDIT- But dark knowledge, gothca.

Re: Mists of Winter OOC
Good... how much is the comfortable life-style in Richemulot? Including a couple of sets of clothes for comfortable life-style people?
Yes, I know Richemulotease place more importance on the secrets you know than the clothes. Raen still wants a couple good sets.
