Once again, Magic: the Gathering returns to their version of Ravenloft, known as Innistrad. Innistrad: Midnight Hunt releases shortly, followed by Innistrad: Crimson Vow in a few months. These sets, like the other Innistrad sets before them (Innistrad, Dark Ascension, Avacyn Restored, Shadows over Innistrad, and Eldritch Moon) are treasure troves of art that can easily be used for Ravenloft.

And for the Commander set that releases alongside it, which has another few dozen new cards, (alongside a lot of reprints, some of which are NOT set on Innistrad)

I find Pinterest is amazing for browsing for material, I keep boards for DND settings I'm working on - they're generally a mess as I like to mix everything to make me think of how things can be blended together. Lots of DND fans use it so you can find everything from maps, hombrew monsters and items and I generally use it whenever I'm trying to get a mood or feeling to a place. It's designed that if you find something you like you can often go 'down the rabbit hole' to expand on it which is awesome for brainstorming.

You can see my Ravenloft board on Printrest at https://pin.it/1vrJMqZ which has everything from inspo for character art to 'one picture stories'.

My game is mostly theatre of the mind but it helps me stumble upon things I might not have thought of and I also like that it's a great way to have pre-gen faces or or environments that you can then toss in if you need a quick monster or moment in the story.

There was one for Midnight Hunt too. It was good, but I think the Crimson Vow one was way better: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LQi3raUki7s

I have to say I preferred the video for Midnight Hunt.
^_^ But then I'm a sucker for happy endings.

I think I'm just a sucker for bloodsuckers. :)
Werewolves are fine and all, but bring on the Vamps!

Team Vamp here.

Vamps have style and show sophistication, while werethings are just savage things, meh.

On the other hand, lycanthropes aren't creepy dead things that refuse to lie still and only suck the blood out of people.
That's just wasteful! There's meat on a body as well.
