Arca is a frigid domain, perhaps the coldest that the [[Land of Mists]] has to offer. The domain can be reached by [[sailor]]s from [[the Core]] via either the [[Sea of Sorrows]] or the [[Nocturnal Sea]] by traveling through [[the Mists]] until [[the Mists]] give way to land. However, icebergs can make traveling through Arca highly dangerous, and the frozen wastes domain has little to offer most [[foreigner]]s. There is a [[port]] for [[whaler]]s to dock, and it sees use during summer.<ref name=ARWp23>[http://fraternityofshadows.com/AlanikRay/From_Alanik_Ray%27s_Vaults_-_Places.pdf Alanik Ray's Library Archives Places] p.23</ref> Arca is a frigid domain, perhaps the coldest that the [[Land of Mists]] has to offer.
