Charlie Windsor was the [[proprietor]] of a second-hand [[clothing shop]] in [[Paridon]] named [[Second Chance]] until he was [[strangled]] by his own [[scarf]]. The scarf was actually a malicious [[undead]] [[raiment]]. A small, elderly woman witnessed the attack, but the police did not believe her. Ruling her out as a [[murderer]], the [[investigator]]s instead went with a [[suicide]] verdict. One of the investigators was allowed to do with the fashionable scarf as he pleased.
