David Windsor is a [[Zherisian]] nobleman and [[politician]], formerly the Zherisian Minister of Trade. He defeated his brother [[Edward Windsor]] in [[742 BC]] to become the first mayor of the merged parliamentary and local government of post-[[Great Upheaval]] [[Paridon]]. Since then, the ex-allies became rancorous nemeses, with Edward especially [[bitter]] despite David's loss of reelection in [[754 BC]]. Both David and Edward hope to get their sons, [[Paul Windsor]] and [[Lewis Windsor]], respectively, elected as mayor in [[762 BC]].<ref>[[Zherisian Gazetteer]] p. 46</ref>
