			As a Knight of the Shadows, Halafarin's sworn enemy is [[Death (Lowellyn Dachine)\|Death]], the [[darklord]] of [[Necropolis]]. He hopes to bring together disparate factions—the [[Nevuchar Springs Sect]] of [[The Church of Ezra]], the [[Eternal Order]], and perhaps even [[Azalin\|Azalin Rex]] himself—to destroy the threat of Necropolis.<ref name="QtR31_p341" />
