He was serving as an [[apprentice for [[the Mordentish Sect]] when he stumbled upon the church elders speaking in secret about the [[Blessed Army of Ezra]]. He has been [[eavesdropper\|eavesdropping]] on a number of such meetings~~, is~~ passing on the secrets of the [[Blessed Army of Ezra]] to his superiors back in [[Darkon]]. However, he is deeply conflicted between what his faith upholds him to do (keep the prophecy's secret) and what his allegiance to his superiors in [[Nevuchar Springs]] upholds him to do.<ref>[[Heroes of Light]] p. 56</ref>
