	Jack Sallow was a would-be reformed [[bandit]] that decided to settle down and establish the [[Jacks and Queens]] inn upon the cursed grounds of [[Ashington Manor]]. Under his ownership, the manor seemed to overcome its reputation as a place of damnation- although the inn he ran was known to be a place of vice. However, Sallow's redemption didn't take, as he conducted the secret murder and robbing of guests he believe he could get away with, including the runaway daughter of a rich [[merchant]]. ~~After deflecting~~ the suspicions of the girl's boyfriend, Sallow fell victim to the cyclical [[Ashington Curse]].
