The other inhabitants are [[undead]] driven to tears and mourning over the pleasures of life they are eternally lost, or [[living]] driven [[mad]] at the shortness of life. In either case, the living and the undead have looked into the [[Abbey]]'s well, seeing sights that have deeply disturbed them.
