Arbora is a large town located within the far southern part of Nova Vaasa. Its remote, frontier location (the closest community of notable size being the Hazlani town of Sly-Var) gives Arbora a proudly independent character. It does, however, have access to the recently arisen Nocturnal Sea.[1]
For his part, Duke Tunch Chekiv imposes few demands upon the town other than upholding Prince Othmar's decrees and collecting taxes.[1]

The Tapestry of Dark Souls was created in Arbora by Welse (of the Weavers' Guild of Arbora) from silk bought from Abber Nomads. The tale of the Cloth's creation is featured in the short story Tales of Ravenloft: The Weaver's Pride.[2]
