Brasov is a city in Transylvania. One version of the The Pied Piper of Hamelin legend says that he led the children of Hamelin not into the sea] but rather east into Transylvania, specifically this town. There he gave them thee power of music and bid them to do good in the world to balance out the evils of their parents.[1]
