Geography
Romagna is a small, agrarian Island of Terror about 30 miles from end to end. The climate of the domain is mild, and the terrain is mostly farmland. In the northeastern edge of the domain, there is a small but thriving oak forest. Forested wetlands spring from the western and southern parts of the domain. With few native threats, life is generally safer and more peaceful than many domains.[1]
Two communities of note exist within Romagna: Fer and Laines. They are connected via the Romagna Road.[1]
Society and Culture
Serf farmers and shepherds comprise the bulk of the population. Most are quite satisfied with their lives, leaving them little reason to wonder about the world outside their neighborhood. Despite this seemingly idea existence, life in Romagna has a couple of quirks. First, there is a hidden awareness that displaying affection publicly can stir great outrage. Another curiosity exists that the native don't seem aware of: the lives of Baron Etain and his bride to be Lady Fialle seem to be stuck in a temporal loop that resets every year at the spring equinox.[1]
