I had time to make more maps for my campaign, and of course I'm sharing. Please comment as needed!
Updated maps for the Grand Cathedral, using your suggestions.
Big change : I remade the basement level (to make it more liveable, as suggested) and found a new map for the crypt. I prefer this new one, there is more room for adventure / battles.
I threw the lower level anchorites to a building the other side of the road. This also has the in-game advantage to make the Cathedral deserted at night.
The first link is updated PDF maps, second is my Cathedral notes (where you will also see art and photos I plan to use)

So it is in this cool setting that I will DM the Gargoyle adventure and other Levkarest adventures.
While at it, I also made a map of Levkarest, adding all known locations (and some from my campaign). I used the work of David Moss, who had nammed all the streets. I changed a few for my taste, and added locations.

The images are very good as well - though for the gargoyles, one is definetly one of the weeping angels from Dr Who, and I swear one looks like the xenomorph from Aliens.
Area 3: Is the slab to the crypt sealed and only accessible with a lot of work, or is it more a locked stone hatch that just isn't used very often?
Area 10: Do the towers have bells? When things go to hell, it is always nice to have the doom bell ring across the town to attract curious adventurers.
Areas 7-9: "You enter a 10x10 room. There is an orc guard standing next to a chest. There is a small window leading outside". You're begging the PC's to try their luck on the roof aren't you?
Area 19: With the Library/Vaults, maybe have a double key (ie: Both keys have to be present to open the forbidden archives). Or a the librarian has the key to the secure corridor to prevent people with access to the restricted library snooping further.
Basement - much nicer, esp as the Acolytes have been moved to a dormitory across the road.
Does G work on it's project in Basement areas 24-25 (stone mason workshop), Crypt Area 12 (stone storage) or Crypt Area 10 (ie: the unfinished statue)? The workers who live in the basement could complain about tools and equipment being stolen.
Someone sent me a postcard picture of the earth. On the back they had written, "Wish you were here."

A City map! Love grabbing these.
Question for you, It's been awhile since I've read a lot of Ravenloft but wasn't the town of Levkarest split in half by the river? Or am I missing that up with Pont-a-Museau? (wouldn't mind a map of that if you ever get around to it. ;D)

There is indeed a small outpost on the other side of the river, called Caina.Zilfer wrote:A City map! Love grabbing these.
