Here's a few ideas:
Jester could be from the carnival, or perhaps played as a witty swashbuckler.
Ooze Master could be an insane scientist creating protaplasmic lifeforms out of toxic sludge in the sewars of Paridon or Nosos.
Rage mage could be a wizard driven mad by a need for vengance, or perhaps a wild-talent sorcerer.

Sworn slayer is a non-issue - they are just another form of monster hunter. You might think of them as avengers who have already slain the object of their hate and moved on to broader goals.
I'm not too sure there's a good way to work with the others.
A bear warrior obviously brings up some lycanthropic themes. But, to get really freaky, you could go back to Children of the Night: Lycanthropes and see Van Horstman the Falkovnian scientist who created lycanthropes as weapons for Drakov. Bear-warriors might be used as a middle-ground, a chemically treated berserker combining some of the might of werebears with the mind of a soldier.
Tattooed monk doesn't fit too well. Perhaps as a refuge from another domain? A survivor from Saragoss, or a traveler from Shi Raji. The abber nomads have a long tradition of tatooing, so perhaps they would make a good origin.

I have only read about the Oozemaster in detail, but I can't think of any Ravenloft-specialized differences, except that there might well be power checks for the use of the oozy touch (depending, of course, on just *what*) it's used on) and I'd probably start upping the character's OR rating instead of (or perhaps in addition to) the loss of Charisma.
Some uses of Oozemaster talents might inspire horror checks in onlookers and allies as well.
