Yeah, pretty much.Corrupted_Loremaster wrote: Something to the effect of a veteran Lawgiver cleric feeling ashamed of all the times in his youth he showed a measure of leniency to his lessers? In GURPS Magic Items 2 there's a "weight of guilt" magic item that a person is asked to hold during, say, a trial: the weight of it corresponds to feelings of guilt. The description notes that it reacts to *any* feeling of guilt, not just criminal ones: a man who still feels bad that he was not able to reconcile a falling-out with his father before the old man died would probably find the item unusually heavy (it's about the size of one of those 1lb workout weights) while an insane person or blackout killer who doesn't even think they've committed a murder wouldn't notice any unusual weight. (A person who knows they've committed a crime and fears punishment would feel more weight, even if they think the person they killed needed killin'...)
