My bet would be on Easan in that match.

I would tend to concur. Although Davian's a higher level wizard, he has the whole split personality thing going against him and doesn't really have the level of control Easan does over his weirdness. Chardath only has "control" of the weird stuff that goes on in his own mind which forms the basis for Aggarath domain, and even then not really because all of it's outside his conscious control.
