In my recent rewriting of Tepest I had a sidebar on the Goblinwood, and I suggested that it could serve as a separate dominion which darklord is a red dragon, cursed with the shape of a Kobold and with servitude to the Kobold people.
Brutish: a kobol warrior, he tested a potion of giant strength for a alcmist. It gave him oversized muscles and made a mess of his mind. Now a Ogre among kobolds he try’s to be useful and not cause trouble.
Lizard the wizard: he was the first to read common and driconic, he now has a spellbook and is a wizard. He is the most well read of kobolds. Lives in a “wizard” tower (a watch tower he claimed)
Gregor Stiner: lamordian doctor of natural science, well let’s say “dragon are real” shocked him, but is happy learning draconic biology.
Father Mosswell: head of the church of Ultter, wise and passionate of fath. He believes in kobolds draconic destiny and preaches of self improvement.
Sir Hindrix: Dragonborn paladin of bahamut and now leader of the order (as there was no one else left) he almost lost fath feeling so far from his god. Kobolds eager to learn about the dragon he survives pulled him out of his sorrow and became his new order. He just wishes that that’ll stop calling there god “big dragon dad” in draconic.
Borig Soneheft: dwarf craftsman from Eberron, he found the kobolds much more welcoming then other domains. The kobolds where eager employ his skill and learn from him. He now is head of there mining operations
Rick Ashlie: the Dragonborn owner of the Sunshine inn of bright port. He use to just work in the inn but wean the rest of the staff disappeared he claimed ownership. He will not admit he is in over his head and is having trouble running the place by him self.
