IIRC anything the authors wrote for a ravenloft product under WW is property of WW untill they release it. Now you could write to Arthus and ask them to ok the release then contact the author that wrote it but I doubt they would allow it.

Yeah, I realize that anything cut by the DarkDuo belongs to ArtHaus and so the creators don't own it anymore.
But with the above GazV stuff that we're talking about (Desmond LaRouche and breeds of Vaasan horses), that should still be open. Check Andrew Cermak's "Authors Notes" for GazV, you see both of those listed under "Ideas that I cut":
Ideas That I Cut
These are things I actually had written out in at least a rough form, but had to remove because there just wasn’t room for them in the chapter. Since I never sent any of this in to the developers, I still own all this material, and I might be convinced to share it in a more detailed format somewhere down the line.
□ A Flora sidebar describing the catspaw in game terms
□ A Fauna sidebar giving game differences for the various Vaasi horse breeds.
...
So unless Mr. Cermak changed his mind on that later on and decided not to share any of his still-personal stuff, I'm still pretty hopeful about getting the information on Vaasan horses. (Which could be a mistake, after all, considering we're talking about Ravenloft where hope is oftentimes crushed...)

Correction to my earlier post: The Desmond LaRouche part actually *wasn't* under the "Ideas That I Cut" section, but rather actually was something that Mr. Cermak had sent in and was cut by WW (and so is their property).
However, the Nova Vaasan horse statistics are still his.
Quick link to
The Parlor - Editorials and check the Author Notes for the GazV. Some of the other stuff that Mr. Cermak still owns might be interesting to ask for.
And if others could quickly fact-check me there, I'd be appreciative (I'm known for misreading things if I really want something to be one way or another).

This thread does bring up a question. Arthaus does own what was not used, but what about some of the items like Desmond LaRouche's , or any other Ravenloft items that TSR created. Wouldn't WOTC own the material , especially after June when Arthaus's contract runs out?
