How exactly is killing Monty Burns an act of evil?
Isn't that like saying that personally nursing a puppy after its mother was run over evil, too?

She didn't kill him. The fact that she menaces the whole world with her evil....

Yeah, don't you see the evil glint in her eyes?

Also, wasn't it revealed in one episode that Maggie is actually the child of Marge, and an "intergalactic gentalman caller".

Actually, the darklord is Frank Grimes. Driven to insanity and suicide by Homer, he has risen as a lich and is plotting his revenge.

If Patty and Selma had a triplet, they could be a covey of darklord hags.

The covey was broken when Marge married Homer. That's why they hate him. He is their curse.

How did they fail their last powers check you ask? They kidnapped Richard-Dean-Anderson!
They are also cursed to continue working at the DMV forever. Selma is cursed to never land a lasting husband, and Patty is cursed to never be as funny as Selma.
The real question is, why isn't Itchy cursed? He's probably failed more powers checks than anyone in Springfield, yet the dark powers seem to have completely ignored him.

So basically every inhabitant of Sprinfield, except Itchy, is cursed

Perhaps Itchy is the Darklord. His curse is all of a sudden obvious. He can see how everyone else is horribly cursed, and he knows the dark powers will come for him sooner or later, and he can only imagine what sort of horrid punishment they will bestow upon him. Little does he know, they have already bestowed it. Itchy's curse is to always be waiting for the terrible punishment he just knows is coming. The powers won't give him one though, they'll be content to let him stew over it forever.   (I still wish there was an "evillaugh" icon.

I just had a thought. Anyone remember that episode where Bart worked in a Burlesque house. Dosn't that song "We put the spring in Springfeild" seem errily similar to "I am the ancient, I am the land"?
