It's calf length on a normal sized man, so it's about ankle length on a dwarf. A belt would help cinch it up so that he doesn't trip on it. The folds of the robe would doubtless be handy for hiding stuff.

Note for all:

Some of you left some equipment/belongings at the Moot-house [you didn't carry everything you own, like sleeping blankets, bags and such, when you ran to help the hunters].

I need to make a proper campaign calendar for this game. That's on my to-do list, rest assured.

Okay, it's been four days since the two gypsies were murdered. You had five days to catch Gaston and return, according to your bargain with the Tinkers. It takes about two days' marching/camping to reach the Moot-ground on foot, through the thick forest. It takes much less time, using the portal, of course. That would get you there this afternoon.

Benn would likely have spent the first available moment examining the book.

We need to be back to the moot house to meet the tinkers, regardless of whether we have Van Deicks or not. They won't be happy, but maybe they can be convinced by the story. Plus, the death of the witch has to earn us some kind of points.

The book from the old chest is ancient, with yellow and brittle parchment pages and faded ink. It's still legible.
Looking at it, Benn can see that it must be a grimoire of some kind. These aren't the sort of spells Benn uses, though- this is wizardly stuff.

Hmmm, perhaps I should edit my opening scene for the Interlude, as people seem to be have ignored certain implications of the first few lines.
It's been a full night of rest since the last battle. Did Cirdan really spend the whole night in his armor? That's not good for him. I had assumed, perhaps wrongly, that the healers would have already provided medical attention and healing spells to the injured.
