I'm missing out on all the fun, though the tentacles did Norzak a favor!

I'll probably be missing out on it, too. Dorgio might not think Norzak is a murderer, but he's definitely not just going to leave him alone with the girl. Or with his only magical item that's currently wrapped around the girl.

So, if I'm keeping track right, it's late summer, and Anja has Dorgio's cloak plus Norzak's blanet wrapped around her, right? Heh, let's hope she doesn't dehydrate before we get to the surface!

If Dorgio inisists too much, Norak will chew him out, hand him the girl and go back. BUt he'll make sure Dorgio understands that if anything happens to her, Dorgio will have Norzak to contend with.

It is summer, yes. The sewer isn't too hot. Being underground helps keeps it cool- but there is decaying waste- so it's warmer than most tunnels or caves would be [a lot stinkier, too]. The girl will probably be okay, but she'll most likely need to shed all that extra cloth when she gets topside, or else she really will overheat!

That's fair, Tarlyn. It's been a while since I played a chaotic good character, but I'm trying to play him as having a personal agenda, so at this point he's not concerned about the party so much as he is about the girl. I'm assuming Norzak's either CG or CN, so I'm hoping there's lots of opportunity for conflict there.

'Course, looks like they might have a more immediate problem.

Sense Motive results= Denys seems sincere. You don't get the impression he's hiding anything or lying. The man seems nervous, but that may simply be because his own daughter is in danger.

As for the door moving, it turns out to a breeze from outside. The hallway has doors at either end and both are open.

Oh, and it's still daylight outside, as you would expect.

I'm going to wait till sometime tomorrow night to update, so that Raf and Adam get a chnace to post their PCs' actions. Timescale, and all.
