Wat replies to Dorgio-

''I say we leave just as soon as Alain returns. Franz has chosen his path. Good luck to him.''
Delight is to him- a far, far upward, and inward delight- who against the proud gods and commodores of this earth, ever stands forth his own inexorable self.

Your eyes must have fooled you. It isn't the woods moving. Dozens of slender figures in dark, billowing robes are walking out of the woods to your right and left, converging on the road. The figures carry pale globes in their outstretched arms. As the robed ones draw near, the globes begin to glow with faint, flickering light.

"Let us hope he is returning swiftly, then."

With that, he makes his way to Ottokar. "Is everyone accounted for?"

Slipping into the deeper darkness beneath one of the ogre-trees, you make yourself as inconspicuous as possible. Moving slowly, you do your best to remain hidden as you creep away from the approaching robed ones.

The rustling of the dry stalks and grass is now joined by a low, whispering chant that rises from the hooded figures. The eerie vocalizations rise from a hushed invocation to a sibilant crescendo. The figures raise their arms and release the translucent globes, which now drift upwards, bobbing in the cool wind.

Alain, a little later...

Having avoided the creepy robed figures, you have walked on to Hroth. The gate guards seem incurious and wave you through after first taking your weapons( but not the dagger).

Moving swiftly and quietly through the steets of Hroth, you see no one else out this late except a few silent elves, who ignore you.

You find Tileara's shop without trouble. The windows are dark and the front door is locked.

You find the brown robe folded up in a drawer beneath the wooden countertop.

He isn't in the front room, back room, or any of the three closets you have found.
As you close the door of broom closet that connects with the back supply room, you hear the front door knob rattle.

In response to the sound of the front door rattling Alain decides to Hide and be quiet to see who is coming back what they are doing . He does conceal the coin(L) spelled one in his bag though so as to not give away his position .
