If my IC post isn't clear enough- there are three baddies left in fighting condition/that haven't fled. One is being mauled by Benn's magic flying hammer at the head of the table. He's out of reach of you, unless you spend a round moving. There are two within reach of you- both guys armed with poignards and wearing studded leather jacks.

The way I see it, it's like this, but I fear I am mistaken somewhere:

Casting Cause Fear on fleeing person (which is necromantic, cough) and rolling a 7 to attack the prone dude on the table (9 if I get the +2 for prone, either way it's gonna miss.)

Not quite. Sorry if my description wasn't clear. It's like so:

D= DOFUR
B= BENN
E= ELF LADY
G= GALANDEL
S= DENYS SANCERRE
and -> = THUGS

As you can see, Benn wasn't seated far from Denys. The far end of the table wasn't even being used, as this was not a large gathering.

Now:
The thug (littlle black arrowhead) that grabbed Galandel's wife now has an arrow through the eye and is hors de combat.

One of the thugs that had been beating Denys has panicked and turned back the way he came in to the room. The other thug that had been beating Denys is now at the head of the table )by Deny's empty chair) getting the ever loving bejeezus pounded out of him by a flying magic hammer.

So, one fleeing, one hors de combat, and one being thrashed by a conjured weapon. That leaves two nasty brutes with LONG and SHARP poignards, coming at Dofur.

As you wish, the dwarf has the long table between him and his oncoming foes.


I hope this clears up any confusion. If anyone players have questions, please feel free to ask.

NOTE TO ALL- Will update scenes tonight, after time with wife is done (running her on a solo game and having a geeky 'date night.' Yes, Dorgio will get an update.

one dead, elfin arrow in the eye

one KOed, possibly dead, flattened by Dofur's war-hammer

one dead, neck snapped by Benn's SPIRITUAL HAMMER

two fallen on floor near service door, seem to be clumsy with panic- have dropped weapons
