What Necronomicon would that be? The original copy of the hentai movie Mystery of the Necronomicon? A copy of H. R. Giger's Necronomicon, which is a series of disturbing images? A copy of Necronomicon: The Best Weird Tales of H. P. Lovecraft: Commemorative Edition? It can't be the publisher, that's in America.
If we're talking the Necronomicon as it's supposed to exist in H. P. Lovecraft's stories, it doesn't exist and never did. It's a literary tool, not a real object or tome.
The literary tool used by folks trying to be funny by referencing a mythical work that is associated with all manners of things dark, weird, and dangerous.
This said, that's still one spooky building. But on the upside it has a hole in the wall bar on the first floor.
A hole in the bar wall? I don't get it. If it was a hole in the basement floor, specifically a well, then I'd be creeped out.

And on the topic of Japanese bars, they're not complete unless they have urinals that scream at you whilst you pee!

A really cool (potentially scary?) asylum door. Great to have one of these on my house!
