Ravenloft compared to Oklahoma? I'll take it!Rotipher of the FoS wrote:Granted. Your whole gaming group is swept up into Ravenloft, and your players bewail the fact they're not just sitting around a table playing out the scene, as terrifying monsters close in on you from all sides. No need to prepare an adventure, because you're in one.
Granted you can come up with the best solutions ever, but every time you go to post one, you instanly forget it.Wiccy of the Fraternity wrote:I wish I could come up with better solutions to other psoples wishes.
I wish I had entered Ravenloft somewhere without too many monsters around myself and my gaming group, like say Ste Ronges, Richemulot.

Granted, you're the latest member of Carnival. None of them are really monsters, just misunderstood refugees and asylum seekers. The real monsters are those outside the protection Isolde offers.
I did have the ultimate response to your wish but I forgot it, sorry.
I wish I had the ability to change form into anything and anyone I wanted at will, with no nasty curses, side effects, whimsies or anything else peculiar or out of the ordinary. beat that one

Granted. You can turn from Wiccy the Amazing Human Transformer into any other being or thing you choose. OTOH, that means you're not Wiccy the Amazing Human Transformer anymore, so you can't change back.
Better hope the first thing you try turning into isn't an inanimate object....
I wish I didn't have a headache. (And just FYI, anyone who posts that my head explodes, falls off, or the like is just not trying hard enough.

Granted, you no longer have a headache. In fact you lose all feeling throughout your body. Unfortunately this means that when you step on a piece of broken glass you don't feel it, and never perform necessary first aid/sanitizing steps on it. The cut then gets infected, and you have to have your foot amputated. You should be more careful about that stuff...
I wish I had more food in hte apartment, or at least could get to hte store to get more food.

Granted. Your inner canabal is set free. Now you don't have to go to the store. You just have to wait a few minutes for the mailman to come to you. But of course in the meantime your left arm looks awfully tasty . . .

Granted, instead he was portrayed as the Dread Half-Drow Duel Scimitar Weilding Warforged Pirate in an attempt to boost sales.

Granted. You have the sinking feeling that your new left arm is not your old left arm, though. In fact, you don't know whose left arm it really is, but it's not really yours. It twitches wrong. And it tries to take your things. It doesn't want what you want... it's really someone else's arm, but it's attached to your body.Scipio wrote:I wish I hadn't just ate my left arm...
I wish I had as much creativity and energy as I remember having in high school.

Granted. Unfortunately you also have the libido that you had in high school. So all your vaunted creativity and energy is spent on, shall we say, somewhat less productive (though arguably quite reproductive) goals.
I wish my father a happy birthday. I also wish we actually knew which birthday it is. (Nobody's quite sure which year he was born in.)

Granted! Through the miracle of time travel, you are able to witness your father's birth and see a calendar on the wall which tells you the year. Unfortunately, immediately thereafter you are captured by government agents who mistake you for an enemy spy, and you spend the rest of your natural life undergoing intense interrogation in solitary confinement.

Granted, you can make up your mind, but it's not about anything important. You now know exactly what you want to eat for lunch.Moral Machivelli wrote: I wish I could make up my mind.
I wish that mold problem in my bedroom carpet hadn't gotten so bad it started to spawn black puddings. (Ok, that may be a bit of an exaggeration but still, you get hte point...)

Thankfully I figured out that, like all oozes and molds, pink puddings are vulnerable to vinegar.VAN wrote:Oh so classic... Granted, it starts spawning pink puddings (CR 14!)
Granted, instead you catch up only to fall even further behind tomorrow, to the point that you have no hope of ever catching up. As a result of this you never get through the course curriculum, leaving out vital portions thereof.Rotipher of the FoS wrote:I wish I wasn't already behind in my lectures on the very first day of class.
