Sir Cirdan was called away to Darkon- something about family in need and an matter of honor. The knight departed a couple of days ago, swearing on his sword that he'd return to Evangeline and wishing his friends good luck and good fortune till they all meet again. He expects to be back in a month or so.

Naturally, poor Evie is a bit sad at his parting, but she fully expects he shall come back to her. In the meantime, she is keeping herself busy [shopping, visiting little Anja's family from time to time,etc].

Charlotte, the servant girl who was nearly killed when the 'nappers stole Evie, is much better now. She seems quite keen on Benn, always stealing chnaces to be near him.

No evil diary? No altar to Incabulos? No soliloquy detailing his master plan?

A shame.

What's in the lock box? I'll probably be pocketing most of it that looks to have some value, especially the writing kit.

Additionally, I'd like to dig into anything further regarding Druagr that may be availble, perhaps calling for another trip to Matheo's bookshop. Also, I need to speak with the rat catcher's guild about possible gates or portals which may be present somewhere in the sewers. Since it has been some time since the fight at the boat, have I done those already prior to the dinner?

Yes, you can have already done these things beofre the dinner.

Keep anything and everything you like from the boat, but declare it now. There was a sack or some such on the boat, so transporting the items should have presented no especial difficulty.

Once you manage to get the lockbox open [did you get Norzak to help you open it, or did you just smash it?] contains 1000 g.p. worth of gems and coins!

Benn, Dorgio might be able to help (or have already helped) with the Draugr research. He knows some university students, so maybe he could find somebody who has access to the library. He also might be able to check with other Morninglord clerics to see if they have any info.
