Hey it is the massive tar in modern cigs that cause most of the problems . George Burns lived to 100 hundred and he smoked cigars all the time.

I do think the high tar and other additive content is part of the problem.
King James knew smoking was bad for you, and banned it from his presnce for a time. He called tobacco ''the Devil's weed.''

If you're looking for an entertaining way to kill an evening, a company known as Flying Frog games makes a pair of horror themed board games that are quite good. One of them, "A Touch of Evil," is almost a bit like this game in that you investigate a mystery in the town and finally square off with the head bad guy.

It's quite entertaining. They make the game board look like an 18th century map. There's a vampire to fight, or a scarecrow, or a headless horseman. So the game is different every time.

Adam, do you play other types of board games? Carcasonne, Settlers of Catan, Arkham Horror, Kill Dr lucky, Shadows over Camelot, Mystery at the Abbey[I think this what it's called -based on a movie with Sean Connery in ?]

Some. I used to do primarily the rpgs, but my wife has an easier time getting into board games. Haven't tried many of the things you've listed, but there are others. Betrayal at House on Haunted Hill, Red Dragon Inn, etc.

Betrayal Rocks! There's also Three Dragon Ante, a type of poker game but with dragons on it. And Corsair or Corsari? A pirate card game. Only mentioned it because Sundays I play board games all day! Me wifey too!
