PS When my character gets crazy, maimed, killed, level drained etc I don't enjoy the game as much as when he is threatened with this things but escapes...

When I say dark and grusome, it doesn't necasserily mean to the players. I don't maim indescriminantly.

I might have problem with violent crime if there is very much blood or very violent descriptions. I prefer much more the gothic part, you know, the atmosphere, like “The Ring” or “The Others”.

Of course that doesn’t mean I don’t want my character have hard time during the campaign. I agree with

I do intend for life to get very difficult and gritty.

The only thing I ask, if it’s possible, not become the campaign like a splatter movie.
