prepared spells as necessary

identified hiding places

eaten a meal, etc

All of the PCs will be at the rendezvous, yes? In that case, post away!

Raph, Cirdan should probably be in his normal gear, since the plan is to send Cirdan out and see if the guy knows who he is. Once Dorgio's seen whether or not the guy recognizes Cirdan, he's slip out the back alley and come into the square from a slightly different way to back Cirdan up.

Rest of you guys....Benn seems to be a couple of minutes late. While keeping exact time is difficult, it's certainly getting very near midmnight now.... What's keeping him? Perhaps he's looking at a slow clock?
