Here's a map of Nedragonne as a separate entity. The domain as described in Qtr 9 is very long, but places most of the outstanding features to the south of the domain. If one wanted to, they could place another domain in all that wilderness real estate up north.

I'm looking for potential additions, although I'm having trouble finding ones that don't fit better in a cluster. I'm certainly up to suggestions and other feedback.
I found only one coming from the alanik Ray's Library p208, Marina (change the name ^^) based on the little mermaid fairytale.

I don't have one but i remember seeing one just two weeks ago floating on he web, i'll try to find it again.

Edit:
I finished the Frozen Reaches and here's a link to all maps until now in full resolution.
https://mega.nz/file/CzxRGLLB#zcHnLWoRA ... m-7SBv372o

I put Farelle into the Shining Bay, Jack Karn will be the counterpower i needed. I will use him as an ecoterrorist leader against the rest og the cluster. Farelle is way bigger, i know but i think a little tiny island with a low population would be unable to resist Paridon and its armies.
I put Adramalech as the Darklord of Narumbeki.
I wanted to put King Gore in the ruined city in the Fire Jungle in the Verduous land but my savefile crashed and i lost the map... But i'll use him at this place, will try to use photoshop to edit the pic.
And Okraina (Qotr 2) is now part of the Frozen Reaches.

Again in the interest of not repeating work, has anyone ever mapped the Duskreach cluster?

It is something that I'm strongly intending on doing, though I have a few projects ahead first. That being said, two people seem to have mapped out Kislova, the largest and most detailed seeming of the domains:

https://scontent-dfw5-2.xx.fbcdn.net/v/ ... e=5F1AE9C4

https://www.deviantart.com/dridon/art/Kislova-14518803

A map of Daglan is in Feast of Goblyns, but it's not very detailed. However, a fan made a map of Daglan:
https://www.facebook.com/theravensloft/ ... =3&theater

By comparison, Estrangia and Donskyar/Donskoy's Land are tiny flyspecks of domains with two or three points of interests for each of the tinier domains. If one relied upon the above fan interpretations of Daglan and Kslova, the primary task is arranging all four domains into a single configuration. I imagine Daglan and Kislova sharing a primary border, most likely north/south, with Donskoy's Land connected to both to the east. Donskyar should be ideally connected to the other three domains and to the Mists like the nucleus of a call in order to allow the bandits to make raids from the cover of the forest. Estrange is likely placed such that its people are cut off form the civilizing influence of Kislova, yet are not so easily overtaken by the forces of Daglan though still in some danger to help reinforce the sense of danger outside of Estrangia's urban area.

Not for now, i've some other projects. Like Underwater maps and expanding the Burning Peaks cluster. I know it's not a popular one but since almost all my team began to play when greyhawk and Mystara were the only worlds of D&D, it'll based on nostalgia, (yes the half century isn't far for us ^^) and the average level will be higher. So i'll use "classical" baddies we used to fight against three decades earlier.

For now, i'm working on a cluster around lot of Holy Empire domains, with pirates, sea monsters, dangerous jungles and lost cities full of gold. I think i'll use the name of Golden Peninsula, because i liked this project a lot and i took heavy inspiration for my work from it.

So it's a WIP.

From left to right.
Tsuu-Y-Tekee (book of shadows): I know it's based about australian natives but i really like the story and themes around it, so i'll change the setting for a now desert part of an Aztec empire. And rather than hunting crystals for his ritual, the darklords will hunt for unflawed gems. The caverns located everywhere can be old minesdeemed to have gems inside them (to give a reason to go there).
Cumbre de Oro and Mitclan (Book of Shadows): unchanged, even if i think the native priest leader should be also awarded the darklord status.
Ixapa and Cabob Caridad (worlds of Ravenloft) are unchanged
Ichaltaxl is coming from the Pathfinder Adventure path the Serpent's Skull, when a high priest of the serpentfolk try to resurect its race old deity.
Azcan is coming from the Hoollow Wolrd of Mystara, based on the article Sundering KA (dragon magazine 315)
The Cannibal Isles is from the old project Golden peninsula and Gargantua (Another shades of grey, n18) I'll change the living giant by a living idol and humans inhabitants of the isles will feed him with prisonners or members of others tribes. I will perhaps use ogres and ettins as calibans for the tribes.
Ukhu Pacha is from world of ravenloft and Nueva Aragonia from the USS 2001. I choosed to make this two having developped a commercial agreement because i needed a nation to create a fleet, if my players want to have a full naval fight at some moment.
The wizard lost tower is from Uss2001 and i put it because why not and it's fun.
The soul kraken is from neither man nor beast
Lockan cove from book of sacrifices, i changed it a little. It's a moving isle that can be found only by accident or with a black kompass who don't show north (classical). When the kompass is found and used, the isle stop moving and its darklord leave in anguish waiting the stealers.
And the last is coming from the entry in the Shades of grey Jolly Rogers (i'll change his name because in french... well i don't think a darklord naming itself gay roger will have a lot of impact...^^).

I've a lot of work to do on it, it's to be finished but critics and comments are very welcomed.

I always thought the map of Ixalan from Magic:the Gathering would be useful for this cluster. The Legion is Dusk, a race of Vampyr conquistadors, is particularly compelling and the pirate fleets that broke away from them as well.

While on the topic, I include Innistrad and Theros in the land of Mists as well, and steal portions of Ravnica as well. Good maps of these areas are available by google search and will be included on my map as I complete it.

I like it, however Tsuu-Y-Teke is based on research from Brazil with elements from North and central american ethnic groups not australia, at least according to the burb on the article so it fits better than you think with the other south american based domains.

Are you planing on treating yatchunka in much the way as a ocean domain, or are you going to fill it out with more domains?

You also may want to put Igid Rabi-i at the edge in the furtherest point of the ocean due to its connection to Holy Empire domains

Mmm, perhaps the Black Jac. A slight variation on the word Blackjack, the other name for the pirate flag, would work instead

I downloaded Plane Shift Ixalan... That's a good idea ! It will be a good thing with the lizard men and dinosaurs of Azcan. The only thing is the vampires, they have to be weaker, as described in the book of Plane Shift. But i don't know the background behind the rules, if you know it and could make a darklord for the legion of dusk, i would happily put Ixalan in the golden peninsula because it has everything, pirates, fanaticals conquistadors, incas and aztecs lost cities, dinosaurs and even kaijus ^^. It's perfect !
I downloaded Innistrad but found nothing on Theros.

I was wrong about Tsuu-Y-Teke but used it correctly... Ok, i was lucky on this one ^^. To be honest, the domain should be waaay bigger on the map, it's 500 miles square but it would be way too large if at scale. I'll perhaps use a pathfinder Tzitzimitl A CR19 monster, perfectly fit for the setting (it's an Aztec legendary ennemi of the sun), the size of the domain and he would be abble to take the form of a gigantic vulture.

I'm planning Yatchunka to be a living entity, as the Fangorn Forest in LotR. I'm working on rules that would make logical how the cluster (well it's more a whole continent with the size of the various domains) stay in a savage stage, without any technological progression. I'll use the rules made by Kobold Press The Old Magreve as base because i don't have much time and they did a better job that i would ever do...
And yes, i'm planning to put more domain in it, mostly pocket domains. For example, a giant spider that live in trees and fall on victims, using their bodies as puppet with her web to help her fighting. It's just a fast idea of course, if you have some don't hesitate ^^.

A few comments and questions:
On the Burning Peaks, do you plan on keeping Kas and Vecna as the darklords, or replacing them?

Could you use different font or colors for your domain names? It’s a bit difficult separating them from the normal geographical features.

Where is Gargantua? Is that the skull shaped island in the northeast part of the domain?
It looks like you’re missing some places and places names in Nueva Aragona. San Juan del Cumbre and Rio de Lagrimas are both cities in Maconda. Punta de Arena is a beach, and the sea holding Resistencia is called the Mar de Lagrimas. On Resistencia, you have the swamp La restinga, the small fishing village Juanvallejo.

Who or what are Maconda and Ukhu Pachu planning on fighting with their fleet?

Hi guys, I just registered and I am already impressed by the amount of high quality stuff in here! Recently, I did two maps for my current TEE campaign (simple Invidia and more complex Karina). They are linked below in case there would be someone who can use them. Hopefully, I am not violating this post´s theme while they are not connected to a fan or uncharted domain.

I'm planning to keep Vecna and Kass as darklords. In fact this characters created, for TSR at this timen a big problem, as Lord Soth (at his beginning) and Boris. TSR never bought the right of characters created, so the characters belonged to their creators and they had to be consulted before each use of them by another author. It's why, if the author don't like what was done with it, they had the right to say so and to recover them. Games Workshop had the same problem with the squats and the fifth god of chaos (the god of treason), when the author left the company, henever let them use them again.

Guargantua is on the biggest isle of the cannibal islands. The skull shaped island is the Tortuga of the cluster, unamed for now.
I missed some places in Nueava Aragona because i was tired and rushed it. Anyway, thanks for saying it, i missed them completly.

Maconda and Ukhu Pachu will have a lot to fight. first the pirates coming from Tortuga (with the darklord ability to "summon" ships from other worlds, it can be messy) and, in a part i didn't finished yet, the Dusk Legion (undead and fanatics conquistadors) searching an artifact that can bring them true immortality. It'll be a three armies war with alliances, treasons and so on.
Mistmaster wrote:If you are going to make maps of netbook and homebrew domains I would be honoured to see some of mine.
I was planning to put some of them but i faced two problems. The first is the scale, i don't put scale so any DM can adapt my maps to his/her campaign and your vision of the world is BIIG ^^. And the second one is, apart few isles, everything is on the core and i don't know the outline you want to create ^^ but i'm planning right now to put your Odiare in the Shinning Bay cluster because it's waaay better than what we have today.
Anyway i can try to create a map of your core.

@humanwreck
what software are you using ? I like the general look.
oh and welcome ^^

My vote for darklord would be for Vona the Butcher: https://rivalsofixalan.obsidianportal.com/wikis/vona but I also think Elenda, the First Vampire should be in setting, a legenday antedeluvian type creature that may be more specter than vampire by this point.

As for the Legion of Dusk, I think they should be vampyrs rather than vampires, suitably nerfed like the Plane Shift: Ixalan book suggests. Feedling may actually be an issue for them, as they do not feed on their own countrymen, so they would be driven to conquest just to stay alive. But overall I think the Legion of Dusk comes with no more difficulties than any other non-standard race. Their home nation of Terrazon would also make a nifty addition to the plane, perhaps as a Core domain, mostly land-locked and with limited access to her fleets flung across the Ocean of Sorrows.

Innistrad is essentiall Ravenloft for MTG, it could be lifted in whole and plunked down anywhere and work just fine. There's a bit more Heaven and Hell in it, with their Church of Avacyn doing direct combat with demons that spring from chasms in the ground. Still it has all the tropes of gothic horror and is just slightly different enough to not be a straight rip of our homeworld. THe big slap in the face, however, came when it was suggested that Barovia was a part of Innistrad, and a direct conversion for Curse of Strahd is at the back of the Plane Shift. I shake with rage as I casually reverse this thinking: Innistrad is a part of the Demiplane of Dread!

Theros is an analog to Ancient Greece. It never got an official plane shift, and there are a few fanmade maps of it. It works as a far-flung island.

While I'm pirating, Amonkhet was the Egyptian analog, and would make for interesting inspiration of the Black Land that spawned Har'Akir and Sebua, particularly if there is a big sandy wasteland that covers the ancient civilization. Also, Tarkir is based off central Asian culture, particularly the Mongols and Tartars, as well as Tibetan monks and what I believe is at elast partially Indian (Sultai Brood?). I would drop elements of this into my game as well. Magic: the Gathering calls its worlds "planes" when they are really more like continents, and I think the 4th edition Gloomwrought naming convention which refered to each Ravenloft domain as a "demiplane" fits this sort of idea. This naming has caught on with at least one prolific DMs Guild author, Oliver Clegg, but I find the term misses the point.

Gonzoron is the resident MTG expert, I'm sure he'll let me know what I've missed. With a ltitle work, anything can fit in our setting.
