No Leadership feat, please, guys. ^^ You're perfectly capable of chewing up the scenery without it... :p

Tarlyn, does Goren have Combat Casting? That's always good if you're a caster who gets into melee occasaionally, as is often the case with clerics.
Extra Turning is another good one for clerics, especially here! The mental boosts are always handy, too: Iron Will or - from the Ravenloft 3rd edition - Jaded or Open Mind.

Extra Turning it is. It will go nicely with his Exalted Turning (Extra 3d6 damage)
Also have to check the book of exalted deeds for Goren if he adds anything to his person.

Level up! Yeppiee
But... I no longer have with me my modifications to the monk class for the Capoeirista.
So I don't know if I had asked to replace 'Purity of body' by something else more flavourful.
So, new level:
Mnk 5 --->
+1 AC
flurry of blows: -1/-1 penalty relative to BAB
Feat: purity of body (pending)
Skill points: 4 - Listen, Move Silently (2), Tumble
HP = 1d8+1 = 4 (duh

)

What's the source for Purity of Body?

That is the standard of the Monk class. Immunity to Disease.
But I tried to replace most of the monk stats for other things more in flavour with Souragne. I will have to look for it in another computer.

Any book in particular you need, Ail?

By the way, what chapter are we in now? 5? I'm archiving all the posts I can find, but I thought there were more chapters.

Found my notes. This is what I had:
Purity of Body:
- Capoeiristas are not eminently supernatural. But they have some knowledge of basic charms and natural medicine, learned from their companions of captivity and passed from their ancestors
- Just colourful replacement of the same ability, although with a slight difference (similar to the difference between spells and gris-gris)
- Remove: Purity of Body
- Add: Blessing of the Loas (note to self: check for a good loa here)
* Blessing of the Loas:
The Capoeirista does not have intrinsic immunity against disease. Instead, he can fabricate a charm that gives him immunity against diseases just like the Purity of Body ability. This protection is conferred only while the capoeirista has the charm on his body. The charm is permament and does not lose power over time. It must be crafted by the individual who is going to use it, using a bit of his own hair and blood. Therefore, it can confer protection only for that individual. Crafting it requires a 10-minutes process in a calm location. I don't impose a skill check because it would be unfair to demand wasting ranks for this single use.

I've sent my updates to Rock, but I thought that it might not be a bad idea to share some of Lucien's talents with you folks, since a) Goren, Vincent, and Zumba have already seen many of them during the course of the adventure, and b) it might help you as players to know what Lucien can throw around.
Including the new additions for leveling up (noted with *), here are Lucien's current powers:
1st level:
Catfall
Destiny Dissonance (which might have saved me from getting clobbered by Zumba a while back!)
Empathy
Force Screen
Offensive Precognition
2nd level:
Clairvoyant Sense
Cloud Mind
*Id Insinuation
Psionic Knock
Swarm of Crystals
3rd level:
Energy Wall (which has proven incredibly useful)
Fate Link
*Touchsight
In fights, he's like a 4E controller: a few debuffs and a couple of cool powers (
Energy Wall, Swarm of Crystals) for crowd control. In one-on-one fights, though, he probably wouldn't last long ... which is why he usually avoids them.

Since it is still the same day, Goren will have his new spell list in the morning. I am presuming this is the case when you level up, Rock?
