Did this chasm exist before the Night of Screaming Shadows, or was it created as a result of Inza's evil?
Also, how deep would you say it is?

This chasm existed before the Hour of Screaming Shadows. Lord Soth's Nedragaard Keep is protected on one side by the chasm, in imitation of Dargaard on Krynn. I don't know if the exact depth is given, but it is deep enough to touch the caverns that connect to the Lake of Sounds.
