I'm wondering if a fillable 2e Ravenloft-specific character record sheets PDF exists?

There is a 2e RL character sheet in module RA1 Feast of Gobbos, which should be available as a PDF.

However they were nothing to write home about, just a slightly modified versions of the old 2e green character sheets.
If you want some of that nice RL border art you see in the books, you would need to look elsewhere.
