Sleepy Hollow adventure - who made it?

Are the persons that made this one-shot adventure, Thomas and Rachel, around?
I have seen that Darklords and domains are mentioned in the entry. A friend was running the adventure, asked for my opinion and help and one of things that I added was "swarms of heads".
If any of the original authors are around and interested, I would like their permission to make a joint "Headless Horseman" entry for the next QtR, that is loosely based on their creation.
