Im trying to find the source book/material for the Forsaken One in Ryan Naylor's Van Richten's Monster Hunter's Compendium, but i'm not having much joy locating it. Does any one know here it can be found

I suspect it's his reinterpretation of the Forsaken One from "Olympus" in the Undead Sea Scrolls 2002. That has the Forsaken One as a 3rd-rank Ghost Aristocrat 4/Rogue 6 instead of Naylor's 2nd-ranks Ghost Cleric 6, but it's the only Forsaken One I can think of.

I have asked Ryan and its apparently from a official dnd or pathfinder source, but he can't recall the source

The only suggestion I've got is the Forsaken Elf from the Scarred Lands Creature Collection.
