Café de Nuit

Has anyone else seen this limited series on Netflix? Mostly it is a monster type show, but there’s a folk horror thing in the middle of it. Don’t want to spoiler anything. I liked it. Does anyone know if the Newfie accents are accurate?

I liked it. A bit like...
...But I didn't mind that. Reasonably family-friendly mystery with some great ideas, and a charming cast.

Very little not to love about it, except that the early episodes are a bit of a drag - and that the whole show then ends up being relatively short. This is the kind of story you want to be told in twelve right proper episodes, not in six forty-min flicks.
