DOMINION vs. BEGINNING: Exorcist Prequels!

I dunno if this has been done before, but I just watched DOMINION last night, and I could say this was WAY better than that BEGINNING gorefest. DOMINION was a bit slower, but IMHO it's a worthy prequel to the Exorcist.
Case in point: DOMINION's hyenas shadowing in the background versus BEGINNING's CGI hyenas tearing a kid to pieces in graphic detail. What is scarier?
