A Question

Would it be possible to use the basic, underlying theme of Resident Evil 4 (what's wrong with these people? Are they human? Or something else?) and/or the Village & Castle locations from it for a one-shot game in Ravenloft?

well...yeah it would be possible. An adventure based on anything would be possible in ravenloft as long as you do a little work. From what little I know of RE 4 you could opt to use either Toben, mindflayers or somthing else I'm less familier with.

Toben would work well with the Plagas of RE4. Add some pseudos and you've got a party.
