Looking for info on MotRD Mystic for Regular Rav game

A quick question: I remember there being some rule about Mystics having a cummulative penalty to Initiative which reopresented their disconnection from worldy matters: being lost in their own thoughts, basically. I am presently playing a messianic priest of the Morninglord who has taken the Vow of Poverty from the Book of Exalted Deeds and I thought that this could be a good in-game way of representing that distration of "hearing voives in my head" all the time.

That, and we play in a low-magic / low magical item game so I feel a little guilty about having a ridiculously high AC... so I thought this might be a good thing to look at and adapt to our current game.

I don't own the boxed set/book, but could anyone out there give me the skinny on those rules?

Thanks!

Hey Boccaccio,

The info is sort of far away at the moment, but when I get a chance, I will try to find it for you!

Thanks. There's no rush or anything.

The 2ed version had an initiative penalty equal to the mystic level; I'm not sure if that carried over to the 3ed or not.

Don't trouble yourself (unless you want youir back back from your friend anyways!) I have the info I was looking for now, so it's all right.

Thanks anyways, though.
