My group will come together from abroad after some years of pause and we thought to make one or two night single session game. To remind good old days

.
Years ago their characters reached levels 9-11, so I'd like to know which would be the best scenario from official RL products for that purpose?
I'm short of time to design one myself or read all of them, so I'd like to know your opinions.

For a nostalgic reunion-adventure like that, I'd think it's a perfect excuse to run them through the original grandaddy of Ravenloft adventures, I6 itself (or the 2E HoS equivalent).
Not with any of the original Pick-4 plotlines, mind you -- not at
those character levels; they'd be meat-cakes in two rounds if they actually
did fight Strahd

-- but something along the lines of a hit-and-run rescue mission, undertaken during daylight, might be ideal. The challenge would be for the PCs to get past the traps and guardians of the upper castle, recover a victim they've been sent to retrieve, and make it out alive again ... with enough time left
before sunset to put serious miles between themselves and an irate vampire-darklord.

Here are some I can think of off the top of my head. There are three adventures from the Children of the Night: Demons from the Kargatane website that are for 10-12 level. I think the shortest would be Search for Innocence if you wanted to make sure it could be played in one session. The other two could probable be played in one session as well. I cann't really recommend any of the adventures because my characters are not high enough to take on them yet, so I have never run them. But they sound good.
Also I think the Children of the Night: Ghosts had some high level adventures but not having it in front of me and cannot remember them all. The one that comes to mind is The Ghost of Hospitality set in a haunted castle in Forlon.
Hope that helps and if you do end up running one of them, let us now how it went. If the adventure went over well, I may try to work it into my current campaign when we reach that high.
