Ravenloft's OWN Time Spiral (gaming ideas)!!!

Since it seems that WotC (especially Magic) is taking the "time and space are getting loopy" route this year, I might as well create a thread about a Ravenloft campaign idea I cooked up after I got drunk last week 
What if the Great Upheaval wrought more destruction than was previously thought? Or, in OOC terms, what if the players fail in "Roots of Evil"?
I have a vague idea of how this works: the Dark Powers go haywire, and time and space in Ravenloft begin to collide together, creating paradoxes the likes that nobody in the Mists has ever seen before.
Alternate realities of what may have happened begin to seep into the planar fabric of Ravenloft, interacting with reality as we know it.
In one of these realities, it was Sergei who somehow survives his fate, goes berserk, and kills everyone, forming a different Ravenloft where he rules as darklord. Strahd escapes, still human, and forms a von Zarovich bloodline bent on destroying Sergei.
In another reality, a certain snowmaned woman somehow finds pleasure in her dance, and slowly turns Misroi's own creations against him. Souragne becomes the dominion of she who dances with the dead.
In yet another reality, Ivana Boritsi rejects her mother's teachings of posioncraft and enters as a priestess of the Church of Ezra. As Ivan becomes sole leader of Borca, turning the land into a veritable police state, Ivana uses her faith and her lineage as tools of resistance to help liberate her rightful homeland.
This is crazy I know, but hey, I think it's good
