Café de Nuit

Hobby Centers are being refitted for stock! Basivally that means thet they will be carrying only new releases and the best sellers only! Daemonhunders and Witchhunters fans will find alot less of their fave models in their local stores and if Shrewsbury is anything to go by, alot less of all Warhammer and LotR stock! Expect to see all of the books and a selected range (some listers and most plastic box sets) form each army, all battleforse/battalions, all paints/scenery and that's about it. I was shocked to see that about 70% of the blister pack missing from the shelves while they're packed up to be sent off to Nottingham.

I saw the new Chapter Masters, Baneblade (also can be construsted as a Shadowsword, you heard it here first), Chaos Vindicators and Chapter Masters boxes today and they are GREAT! The Chaos Vindicatr is only available (at the moment) via the Apocalypse box of 3 vindicators which also include 3 sprues od Spikey Bits (anout fr 10 tanks let alone 3! lol).

OH!!! After Apocalypse, High Elves is the next major release and expect a new edition of Codex Orks to follow not long after. Ordo fans have longer to wait for a possible Codex Alien Hunters and do not expect the chaos specific Warhammer Chaos Warriors EVER! They've been pretty much scrapped (not surprising some 5 years arter the initial release of the original box set).

I also succombed to tempation and bought some Grey Knight Terminators, 2 more Grey Knights in Power Armour and 2 Death Cult assassins, meaninf my army has just about reach 1300 points! YAY ME!

Slight correction - it seems the Baneblade may also be constructed as a Hellstorm super heavy tank, not a Shadowsword. Blame the good folks at Games Workshop Shrewsbury and the Mail Order Department for this little mix up. They just can't seem to get the trolls these days...
