Rusty Hearts
Based in a world of vampires, half-vampires, and humans, Rusty Hearts is a decent free-to-play (F2P) MMO from Steam. The game is half beat-'em up and half RPG, though the setting itself is a Gothic one. Worth a look if you want something to kill time with.
