Are there any good adventures (Ravenloft or otherwise) that capture the feel of being hunted by a pack of werewolves? If there's a Verbrek adventure, that'd be perfect.

I believe there's an bit with the Wild Hunt in the Castle Forlorn boxed set, though it's more of an encounter rather than an adventure itself. There is an adventure more to your specifications in the Planescape adventure anthology "Well of Worlds", basically what starts as an escort job for a hunting expedition turns into an escape from a great set of hunters. With some work, you might adapt it for Ravenloft.

Dark of the moon takes place in Vorostokov and wolves/werewolves feature prominently. There is even a scene where there he players get stripped of their gear and told to run being given an hour or so head start before the werewolves chase after them.

Is that the sort of thing you are looking for?

I don't remember the details, but I think the Mother Fury adventure in Children of the Night: Werebeasts fits, right?
