Hermitian has been a profound and sinister influence on Tycho's life. He convinced Tycho's mother, Risidia Lonvem, to move to Nova Vaasa, then planted the idea of permanently returning to Darkon with her husband, Agnar Geldnehar, by getting him Claimed. He also found an educational program for Tycho, which led to the Claimed Agnar finding Tycho's birth records, discovering his wife's betrayal (though he misinterpreted the clues as indicating infidelity), and leaving.
