The Skinner of Vallaki is one of the [[Restless Dead]] with a proclivity for [[flaying]] his [[victim]]s alive. It used its [[Gaze Attack]]s for these purposes, drawing a victim in with one gaze attack followed by using its [[Paralyzing Gaze]] to incapacitate them. The Skinner often called upon [[Ratik Ubel]] to witness it complete these [[crime]]s, which Ubel indulged him in order to keep relations friendly with one of his information brokers.<ref>[[Van Richten's Guide to the Walking Dead]] p. 66-67</ref>
